Step-by-Step Instructions for Smash Burger Tacos
  1. Portion 1 pound of ground beef into four equal parts and gently shape them into loose balls. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Take a flour tortilla and lay it flat. Spread one portion of seasoned beef evenly over the tortilla. Flatten slightly.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Lightly grease it. Place the beef-side down tortilla on the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
