  • 3-4 drops Green Gel Food Coloring Gel is preferred

  • 1/2 cup Oreo Crumbs For topping
  • 1 cup Whipped Topping Dollop generously for serving
  • 12 pieces Maraschino Cherries One for each square
  • 1 cup Green Sprinkles Customize as desired

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Oreos with melted unsalted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 inch dish.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are firm. Cool completely.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth, gradually mix in powdered sugar, then fold in whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust.
  5. Whisk pudding mix and cold milk until slightly thickened. Fold in remaining whipped topping, mint extract, and green gel food coloring. Spread over cream layer.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4-6 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. Slice and serve topped with Oreo crumbs, whipped topping, a cherry, and green sprinkles.
