Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients until well combined.

  4. Gradually pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just mixed.
  5. Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead gently about 4-5 times.
  6. Roll the dough out to about 1/2-inch thickness and cut with a round cutter.
  7. Place circles onto a parchment-lined baking sheet evenly spaced.
  8. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
  9. Allow to cool and dust generously with powdered sugar before serving.
