Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Prepare the sauce by whisking together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, and rice vinegar in a bowl. Marinate beef with soy sauce and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
  2. Cook noodles according to package instructions, about 5-7 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  3. Sear the marinated beef in a heated wok with oil for 1-2 minutes until browned, then remove from pan.
  4. In the same wok, sauté onions for 2 minutes, then add broccoli and carrots, and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Add garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour the sauce into the vegetables and let simmer for 1-2 minutes to thicken.
  6. Return cooked noodles and seared beef to the wok, and toss everything together for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, then serve immediately.
