- Prepare the Slow Cooker by spraying it with non-stick cooking spray and arranging the chicken breasts in a single layer.
- Mix Marinade by combining garlic, lemon juice, onion, water, olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, allspice, and lemon pepper in a medium bowl.
- Cook Chicken by pouring the marinade over the chicken in the slow cooker and cooking on HIGH for 3-4 hours or LOW for 6-8 hours until tender.
- Make Tzatziki Sauce by mixing Greek yogurt, garlic, grated cucumber, parsley, and salt, then refrigerate for 1 hour.
