- Cook the angel hair pasta al dente according to package instructions, typically around 4-6 minutes. Drain and mix with Alfredo sauce, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, and beaten egg.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin tin.
- Using a fork, twirl the pasta mixture to form small nests and fill each muffin tin hole. Aim for around 12 nests.
- Bake the nests for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and fragrant. Cool slightly in the tin.
- Heat marinara sauce over medium heat and heat the meatballs according to package instructions until warmed through, about 10 minutes.
