Method
 

Preparation
  1. Hard-Boil the Eggs: Place eggs in a pot, cover with cold water, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Egg Whites: Cool eggs in an ice bath, crack shells, peel under running water, slice each egg in half, and scoop out yolks.
  3. Make the Filling: Mash yolks, add mayonnaise, banana peppers, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, and mix until creamy.
  4. Fill the Egg Whites: Use a piping bag or spoon to fill egg white halves with the yolk mixture.
  5. Garnish and Serve: Top filled eggs with banana pepper slices and smoked paprika, then serve immediately.
