  • 0.5 cup Dry White Wine Can substitute with beef broth
  • 1 cup Beef Broth Chicken broth as an alternative
  • 0.5 cup Heavy Cream Use half-and-half for a lighter version
  • 0.5 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese Avoid pre-shredded for best results
  • to taste Fresh Parsley For garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Pat dry the sirloin steak cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear steak cubes for 1-2 minutes per side and remove.
  3. Boil a pot of salted water, add ravioli and cook until tender, then drain.
  4. Melt butter in the skillet, sauté onion until soft; then add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. Deglaze the pan with dry white wine, scraping any brown bits, and simmer for 1 minute.
  6. Stir in beef broth and heavy cream, simmer for 3-4 minutes until thickened.
  7. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  8. Combine the seared steak and ravioli with the sauce and heat through.
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
