  • 2 cups granulated sugar can substitute with coconut sugar
  • 4 large eggs room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract optional
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour measured correctly
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder ensure it's fresh
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup whole milk can substitute with buttermilk
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries diced
For the Glaze
  • 1 cup strawberry milk glaze made with fresh strawberries and cream

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare the bundt pan by greasing it with butter and dusting with flour.
  2. In a large bowl, cream softened butter and sugar with an electric mixer on high speed for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then add vanilla and almond extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually mix into the creamed mixture alternating with whole milk.
  5. Fold in the diced strawberries gently into the batter.
  6. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 55-65 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
  7. Once baked, cool in the pan for 15 minutes before inverting onto a wire rack to cool completely. Drizzle with glaze before serving.
