Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine chicken with soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, ginger, paprika, salt, and pepper. Marinate for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Arrange bell peppers, onion, and pineapple on a sheet pan.
  4. Place marinated chicken on top of the vegetables, pouring leftover marinade over everything.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until chicken is golden and reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let rest for a few minutes, then garnish with cilantro before serving.
