Preparation Steps
- Begin by placing 6 cups of Rice Chex cereal into a large mixing bowl.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup of white chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and microwave until melted.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the Rice Chex cereal and fold gently to coat.
- In a gallon-sized Ziploc bag, combine 1 cup of powdered sugar, ½ cup of strawberry cake mix, and ½ cup of crushed freeze-dried strawberries.
- Transfer the coated cereal into the bag, seal, and shake until evenly coated.
- Spread the coated mix onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and let it cool for about 15 minutes.
