Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium pot, combine black tea bags, water, vanilla extract, star anise, whole cardamom, cinnamon stick, vanilla bean, and ground turmeric. Bring this mixture to a simmer over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  2. Reduce heat and let the tea steep for an additional 3-5 minutes. Remove from heat and strain through a fine mesh sieve.
  3. Prepare two tall glasses filled with ice and pour the strained tea mixture over the ice.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and evaporated milk until smooth.
  5. Pour the creamy mixture over the iced tea and garnish with mint leaves.
