  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Fresh Garlic Minced

  • 1 avocado Avocado Sliced or mashed
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame Seeds For garnish

Preparation Steps
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine shrimp with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix corn, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and jalapeño in another bowl. Set aside.
  3. Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill marinated shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked.
  4. Whisk mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  5. Assemble by layering corn salsa, grilled shrimp, and avocado in a bowl. Drizzle with creamy garlic sauce.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve immediately.
