- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente, about 3-4 minutes for fresh and longer for frozen. Drain well.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tortellini with melted butter, chili flakes, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Toss well.
- Spread the coated tortellini on the lined baking sheet in a single layer and bake for about 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from oven, cool slightly, and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
