  • 2 tablespoons Minced Italian Parsley Can substitute with fresh basil or omit
For Dipping
  • 1 cup Marinara Sauce Homemade or store-bought

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions until al dente, about 3-4 minutes for fresh and longer for frozen. Drain well.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained tortellini with melted butter, chili flakes, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese. Toss well.
  4. Spread the coated tortellini on the lined baking sheet in a single layer and bake for about 15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Remove from oven, cool slightly, and sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese and parsley. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
