  • 1 cup Chunky Salsa Choose preferred heat level.
  • 1 large Avocado Ensure it's ripe.
  • 2 tablespoons Lime Juice Adjust according to taste.

For Serving
  • 1 bag Tortilla Chips For scooping.
  • 4 cups Lettuce For serving.

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Pat the cooked shrimp dry with a paper towel and cut into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Dice the cucumber, jalapeno, tomatoes, and red onion into small, uniform pieces and add to the bowl.
  3. Finely chop the cilantro and add to the bowl. Gently toss to combine.
  4. Pour chunky salsa and lime juice over the mixture. Mix gently until all ingredients are coated.
  5. Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste. Mix again to incorporate seasoning.
  6. Dice the ripe avocado and fold it into the salad just before serving.
  7. Serve in bowls with tortilla chips or over a bed of lettuce.
