Preparation Steps
  1. Combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, prepared horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  2. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and capers. Stir thoroughly to distribute the spices.
  3. Fold in the fresh parsley until evenly mixed.
  4. Season with salt and freshly cracked black pepper to taste.
  5. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. After chilling, stir again and serve with shrimp, crab cakes, or as a sandwich spread.
