Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking dish with baking paper.
  2. Grate the zucchini and carrot, sprinkle with salt, and let sit in a colander for 10 minutes.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté diced onion and bacon until golden and crispy.
  4. Squeeze out excess liquid from the drained veggies and mix them with cooked onion, bacon, cheese, and flour.
  5. In a separate bowl, beat eggs and milk, then pour into the vegetable and flour mixture.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the top, then bake for 35-40 minutes.
