Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix together warm water, sugar, and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients, stirring gently until smooth.
  4. Cover the bowl and let the batter rest at room temperature for about 30-50 minutes.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and optionally add oil or butter.
  6. Place metal ring molds in the pan and ensure they are lightly greased.
